The Conference of Inter-Mountain Archivists (CIMA) has two scholarship opportunities for the 2024 annual meeting held in Reno, Nevada, from May 29 - June 1.
This is a $700 scholarship open to any CIMA member or student. Funds from this scholarship may be used for registration to the annual CIMA Meeting, including joint conferences and the Western Archivists Meeting, workshops offered as part of the conference, conference meals, and travel expenses.
There are six scholarships available for 2024.
This is a scholarship of up to $800 open to archivists or associated professionals working in the state of Nevada. The NVSHRAB CIMA scholarships are funded by the National Historical Publications and Records Commission. Funds from this scholarship may be used for registration to the 2024 CIMA annual meeting, workshops offered as part of the conference, conference meals, and travel expenses.
There are two scholarship awards available for 2024. Award recipients will be expected to submit a brief essay and photo on their experience to be shared with NVSHRAB and made publicly available through the Nevada State Library, Archives & Public Records website: https://nsla.nv.gov/blog.

Applications must be submitted no later than March 18, 2024.
Scholarship recipients will be asked to submit a report on their experience following the conference that will be published in the CIMA Newsletter.
