Join Us

CIMA is an organization of approximately 175 archivists and records managers from all states in the Inter-mountain West: Utah, Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico, and Idaho. However, anyone from any state may join.

Advantages of membership:

• Keep up with what is happening in archives across the Inter-mountain West with a complimentary subscription to the CIMA newsletter
• Receive discounted registration for CIMA-sponsored events, including the Annual Conference and Fall Caucuses
• Take advantage of excellent opportunities to network with other professional archivists and records managers within the Inter-Mountain region
• Be part of a professional organization with a collegial, welcoming atmosphere

Dues for individual members vary depending on job positions. Organizations may bundle up to 3, 5, or 7 members with a single join date and dues payment by a bundle coordinator. Each bundle member will receive their own email notices and be able to register as a member for events. We suggest only submitting a new application if none of the bundle members have joined CIMA, otherwise you can change levels and setup a bundle when you login.

First-time CIMA members can join free, having their membership fee waived for one year. Use discount code FIRST with your application.
