Steve Wood Scholarship Fund

Donations to the Steve Wood Scholarship Fund enable CIMA to grant scholarships to several members each year, thereby building up a foundation of archival professionals in the region.

While the scholarship fund is supported by a percentage of annual membership dues, as well as a percentage of the lifetime membership fee, it can vary greatly from year-to-year depending on our membership levels. This affects how many scholarships we are able to offer our members.

If you are a lifetime member, we hope you might think of making a donation to help us keep the scholarship fund robust. 

CIMA Annual Conference Sponsorship

We welcome the support of sponsors for the CIMA Annual Conference. Several levels are available below.

Sponsorship Agreement: This agreement is entered into by the Conference of Inter-Mountain Archivists and your company for the purposes of you providing sponsorship for the CIMA Annual Conference. As a sponsor, you agree to provide payment to the CIMA Treasurer. You also agree to provide information as outlined in the selected sponsor benefit package to the CIMA President for use at the Conference. In turn, CIMA agrees to advertise provided information as outlined in the selected benefit package, as well as make provided information and/or vendor space available for the distribution of your company's information.
