Join CIMA

CIMA is an organization of approximately 150 archivists and records managers from all states in the Inter-mountain West: Utah, Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico, and Idaho. However, anyone from any state may join.

Advantages of membership:

  • Keep up with what is happening in archives across the Inter-mountain West with a complimentary subscription to the CIMA newsletter
  • Receive discounted registration for CIMA-sponsored events, including the Annual Conference and Fall Caucuses
  • Take advantage of excellent opportunities to network with other professional archivists and records managers within the Inter-Mountain region, including the CIMA mentorship program
  • Be part of a professional organization with a collegial, welcoming atmosphere

Dues for members vary depending on job positions; categories are listed below. Lifetime memberships are also available for $300. Institutions may also show their support for CIMA through membership at $50 a year.

First-time CIMA members can join free for one year by completing the Individual Membership Form and emailing it to Ryan Lee (ryan_lee@byu.edu).
