The Utah State Archives and Records Service is currently hiring two archivists. Incumbents will be responsible for coordinating and/or acting as a liaison between agency or work unit and other government units; performing descriptive and subject cataloging; consulting with state agencies on problems on cataloging and describing government records; acting as a resource to provide information or determine the most effective way of meeting the needs of management, staff, clients or customers; and providing technical assistance on agency issues, services, program(s), and/or computer hardware and software. Salary for the position starts at between $16.07 – $20.77 per hour, with eligibility for a full benefits package. Applications are now being accepted; the position closes on June 22.
