The Redemptorists of Denver Province, a religious congregation of Catholic priests and brothers, has an opening for a full-time records manager/archivist. Records management responsibilities include administering databases, maintaining records schedules, ensuring compliance with records policies, and controlling access records. Archives responsibilities include appraisal and acquisition, arrangement and description, cataloging, collections management, research, and managing the library collection. Desired qualifications include a master’s degree with a concentration in archival administration or Master of Archives and Records Management (MARA), and three years experience. Reasonable knowledge of Catholic Church ethics, traditions, and structures, as well as certification as a Certified Records Manager (CRM), supervisory experience, and knowledge of Latin and/or Romance languages is preferred.
